Ensure your running shoes or apparel are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new gear within 5-7 business days.
